C1546 Hybrid control system malfunction signal input

DESCRIPTION

If the power steering ECU assembly receives hybrid control system malfunction signals from the HV control ECU, the power steering ECU assembly will output this DTC and turns on the P/S warning light. (The electronic power steering system are operating normally.)
Electronic power steering control will be prohibited as fail-safe while the hybrid control system is not operating normally.
If signals from the hybrid control system return to normal, the P/S warning light will turn off, fail-safe will be released, and the DTCs are erased.
