The anti-lock control unit is located behind the right rear quarter trim panel on 1991–94 vehicles or under the passenger side of the dash on 1995–98 vehicles. It is a micro-processor capable of dealing with many inputs simultaneously and controls the function of the solenoid valves within the hydraulic unit.
