Condenser & Condenser Fan Motor

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Properly discharge the refrigerant.
2. Remove the condenser fan motor and shroud assembly.
3. Remove the condenser fan.
4. Remove the condenser fan motor.
5. Remove the spacer and the shroud.
6. Disconnect the discharge pipe.
7. Remove the condenser.

To Install:

1. Install the condenser. If you are installing a new condenser, first refill the Condenser with .5 fl. oz. (15 cm³) of SUN PAG 56 compressor oil.
2. Connect the discharge pipe.
3. Install the shroud and the spacer.
4. Install the condenser fan motor.
5. Install the condenser fan.
6. Install the condenser fan motor and shroud assembly.
7. Properly charge the refrigerant.
