Power Steering Oil Pump

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Drain the power steering fluid.
2. Remove the drive-belt.
3. Remove the suction hose.
4. Disconnect the pressure hose.
5. Remove the pressure switch connector.
6. Remove the power steering pump bracket stay.
7. Remove the oil pump.

To Install:

1. Install the oil pump.
2. Install the power steering pump bracket stay.
3. Install the pressure switch connector.

4. Connect the pressure hose so that its notched part contacts with the suction connector.
5. Install the suction hose.
6. Install the drive-belt.
7. Fill and bleed the power steering fluid.
