Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Recover the refrigerant from the A/C system.
2. Remove the front bumper.
3. Remove the intercooler mounting bolts/nuts and position the intercooler forward.
4. Move the fan shroud assembly upward and remove it.
5. Remove the condenser.
6. Disconnect and cap the refrigerant lines at the condenser.
7. Remove the receiver from the condenser.

To Install:

1. Add 0.5 oz (15 ml) of refrigerant oil to the replacement condenser.
2. Install the receiver on the condenser.
3. Remove the condenser.
4. Install the fan shroud.
5. Install the intercooler.
6. Install the front bumper.
7. Evacuate and charge the A/C system.
