Charge Air Cooler

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Remove the intake air duct and air cleaner.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose.
3. Remove the bypass valve assembly.
4. Remove the bypass hose.
5. Remove hose E and pipe C.
6. Remove the under cover.
7. Remove air hose A.
8. Remove front bumper.
9. Remove air pipe B and bracket.
10. Remove air hose C.
11. Remove air pipe A.
12. Remove air hose B.
13. Remove the charge air cooler assembly.

To Install:

1. Install the charge air cooler assembly.
2. Install air hose B.
3. Install air pipe A.
4. Install air hose C.
5. Install air pipe B and bracket.
6. Install front bumper.
7. Install air hose A.
8. Install the under cover.
9. Install hose E and pipe C.
10. Install the bypass hose.
11. Install the bypass valve assembly.
12. Connect the vacuum hose.
13. Install the intake air duct and air cleaner.
