Evaporative Emission Canister & ORVR Module

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

EVAP Canister and related components (Evolution shown, others similar)

  1. Disconnect purge hose B.
  2. Disconnect the vapor hose.
  3. Disconnect vent hoses B and C.
  4. Remove the onboard refueling vapor recovery (ORVR) vent valve module and EVAP canister assembly.

To Install:

  1. Install the onboard refueling vapor recovery (ORVR) vent valve module and EVAP canister assembly.
  2. Connect vent hoses B and C.
  3. Connect the vapor hose.
  4. Connect purge hose B.
