Check for an open-circuit, or a short-circuit to ground, between the ECM (terminals 58 and 59) and the ISCM (terminals 1 and 2). If a short or open-circuit is found, repair the harness between ECM terminal 58 and ISCM terminal 1, and ECM terminal 59 and ISCM terminal 2. Otherwise the harness is good.
