STEP 2. Check inlet oil feeder control valve itself.
STEP 3. Check of damage in OCVI line between inlet oil feeder control valve connector and engine-ECU connector.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 4.
Repair the connector(s) or wiring harness.
STEP 4. Check of damage in power supply line between engine control relay connector and inlet oil feeder control valve connector.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 5.
Repair the connector(s) or wiring harness.
STEP 5. Check inlet camshaft sensing ring.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 6.
Replace the inlet camshaft.
STEP 6. Check inlet variable valve timing sprocket operation mechanism for being stuck.

).
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 7.
Repair.
STEP 7. Check oil passage of inlet variable valve timing control system for being clogged.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 8.
