- Raise the vehicle and support it with jackstands.
- Remove the front wheel, handbrake cable, guides, caliper and caliper support
in the same manner as outlined in this section.
- Safety wire the caliper to a suspension member, so that it is out of the
way.
- Unfasten the two bolts which hold the caliper bracket to the housing and
remove the bracket from the housing.
- Remove the axle shaft nut and pull the disc off the axle shaft with a puller.
- Remove the 4 bolts which hold the disc to the hub.
- Reverse the above process to install the rotor.
- Tighten caliper bracket bolts to 36–51 ft. lbs. (48–69 Nm).
