Rear Exhaust Pipe

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions at the beginning of this section.
2. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
3. Remove or disconnect the following:
   • Battery ground cable
   • Rear exhaust pipe from center exhaust pipe

   • Rear exhaust pipe from muffler
   • Rear exhaust pipe

To Install:

Note: Replace all gaskets with new ones.

1. Install or connect the following:
   • Rear exhaust pipe to muffler
     1. Torque to: 35.4 ft. lbs. (48 Nm)
   • Rear exhaust pipe to center exhaust pipe
     1. Torque to: 13 ft. lbs. (18 Nm)
2. Lower the vehicle.
3. Connect battery ground cable.
