Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions at the beginning of this section.
2. Remove or disconnect the following:
   • Air bypass hoses from intercooler
   • Air bypass valve from intercooler
   • Intercooler to bracket bolt
   • Intercooler duct from turbocharger
   • Intercooler from throttle body

To Install:

1. Install or connect the following:
   • Intercooler to throttle body
   • Intercooler duct to turbocharger
   • Intercooler to bracket bolt
     1. Torque to: 11.6 ft. lbs. (16 Nm)
   • Air bypass valve to intercooler
     1. Torque to: 11.6 ft. lbs. (16 Nm)
   • Air bypass hoses to intercooler
