Air Cleaner Assembly Removal and Installation
Precautions: General safety (00)
Removal
1)Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2)Remove air cleaner suction No.2 pipe (1).
3)Disconnect MAF sensor with IAT sensor-1 (2) connector.
4)Remove air cleaner upper cover (3) with air cleaner outlet hose and MAF sensor with IAT sensor-1.
5)Remove air cleaner filter.
6)Remove air cleaner bolts (2) and remove air cleaner lower case (1).
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
•Clamp each hose securely.
•Tighten air cleaner outlet hose clamp to specified torque.
•Tighten air cleaner outlet hose clamp to specified torque.
