Oil Pressure Switch-2 Removal and Installation

Removal

1)Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.

2)Disconnect oil pressure switch-2 connector (1).

3)Remove oil pressure switch-2 (2) from heat exchanger No.1 (3).

Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.

•Replace gasket with new one.
•Tighten oil pressure switch-2 to specified torque.

Tightening torque

Oil pressure switch-2 (a): 20 N·m (2.0 kgf-m, 15.0 lbf-ft)
