Thermostat Removal and Installation

Removal
1)Drain coolant. 
2)Remove air cleaner assembly and suction hose.
3)Remove radiator inlet hose (1) from thermostat cap (2).
4)Remove thermostat cap from thermostat case (3).
5)Remove thermostat (1) from thermostat case (2).
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
•Install thermostat (1) to thermostat case (2) by aligning air bleed valve (4) of thermostat with mark (3) of thermostat case.
•Refill cooling system with coolant.
•Check cooling system for leakage.
•Check cooling system for leakage.
