Right Case Disassembly and Reassembly

1)Remove differential side oil seal from right case referring to Differential Side Oil Seal Replacement:D16AA-6M/T Model, if necessary.

2)Remove differential side bearing outer race (1) using brass bar (2), if necessary.

3)Remove input shaft oil seal using special tool, if necessary.

4)Pull out countershaft right bearing (1) and oil channel (4) after removing bearing stopper (2) and stopper bolt (3), if necessary.

1)Install input shaft oil seal facing its spring side upward until it becomes flush with case surface. Use special tool and hammer for installation and apply grease to oil seal lip.

2)Install oil channel (1), countershaft right bearing (2) and bearing stopper (3) facing stamped mark (5) upward, and then tighten bearing stopper bolt (4) to specified torque.

3)Install differential side bearing outer race using special tool and hammer.

4)Install differential side oil seal to right case referring to Differential Side Oil Seal Replacement:D16AA-6M/T Model, if removed.
