Removal

1)Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.

2)Remove steering column lower cover.  

3)Check that ignition key is removed.

4)Disconnect connector (1) from ignition switch (2).

5)Remove screws (4), and then remove ignition switch from steering lock (3).
