Removal
1)Recover refrigerant from A/C system referring to “Recovery” in Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charge:Manual Type.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
•Do not take new desiccant out from plastic bag until just before inserting it into receiver/dryer.
•Apply specified compressor oil to O-rings.
•Tighten cap (1) to specified torque.
•Evacuate and charge A/C system referring to “Evacuation” and “Charge” in Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charge:Manual Type.
•Apply specified compressor oil to O-rings.
Petrol model (HFC-134a): Compressor oil 99000–99095–00A (MITSUBISHI S10X)
Petrol model (HFO-1234yf): Compressor oil 99000–990B7–00A (Compressor oil (ND-OIL12))
Diesel model: Compressor oil 99000–990B7–00A (Compressor oil (ND-OIL12))
•Install new desiccant, new O-rings and new cap.Petrol model (HFO-1234yf): Compressor oil 99000–990B7–00A (Compressor oil (ND-OIL12))
Diesel model: Compressor oil 99000–990B7–00A (Compressor oil (ND-OIL12))
•Tighten cap (1) to specified torque.
