Air Flow Control Actuator Inspection

1)Set arm to actuator and check if arm operates smoothly when battery voltage is applied to terminals of actuator connector (1).

2)Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between the following terminals of actuator connector (1) at each actuator link position.
•terminal “2” and terminal “1”

3)Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminal “3” and terminal “1” of actuator connector.
If check result is not as specified, replace air flow control actuator.
If check result is not as specified, replace air flow control actuator.
