Rear Quarter Window Glass Removal and Installation

Preparation, removal and installation procedures are basically the same as Windshield Removal and Installation, however note the following points.
NOTE:
Do not put primer to rear quarter window glass garnish.
•Apply adhesive (1) as shown in figure.
•Install rear quarter window glass garnish (2).
•Place glass fastener (male) (3) and glass fastener (female) (4) in appropriate positions.
•Install rear quarter window glass garnish (2).
•Place glass fastener (male) (3) and glass fastener (female) (4) in appropriate positions.
Adhesive amount and application area on rear quarter window glass
Adhesive width “a”: Approx. 6.0 mm (0.24 in.)
Adhesive height “b”: Approx. 10.0 mm (0.39 in.)
Application position “c”: Approx. 12.4 mm (0.48 in.), “d”: Approx. 30.4 mm (1.19 in.), “e”: Approx. 16.8 mm (0.66 in.), “f”: Approx. 14.8 mm (0.58 in.), “g”: Approx. 10.0 mm (0.39 in.), “h”: Approx. 38.9 mm (1.53 in.)
