Front Fender Lower Bracket, Front Fender Bracket and Front Fender Rear Bracket Removal and Installation

NOTE:

The figure below shows condition where the following parts are removed.

•Front fender

•Fuel filler door panel

General Notes

Welding method and number of welding points are the same on both sides. This repair instruction shows procedure for left side.

Removal

1)Drill out welding spots and remove front fender lower bracket, front fender bracket and front fender rear bracket.

Installation

NOTE:

•Before conducting any weld, check installation position and condition for installation part(s).

•Perform repair while taking into consideration installation of parts that affect appearance.

1)Install front fender lower bracket as shown in figure.

2)Conduct resistance spot weld.

3)Install front fender bracket and front fender rear bracket as shown in figure.

4)Conduct resistance spot weld or plug weld.

1:	This symbol indicates that front fender brackets and cowl side outer member are replaced at the same time.
2:	This symbol indicates that front fender brackets and dash side front panel are replaced at the same time.
