B1683: Yaw Rate Information Mismatched
Difference between target yaw rate calculated by BCM and actual yaw rate transmitted from ESP® control module via CAN communication is continuously higher than specified value for specified time.
•Steering angle sensor
•ESP® control module
•BCM
DTC Confirmation Procedure
1)Set ignition “ON” and leave ignition “ON” for 1 min. or more.

1)Check DTC in ESP® control module. icon

DTC recheck
1)Replace steering angle sensor. icon 
2)Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure and then recheck DTC.
Is DTC B1683 still detected?
Go to Step 4.
End. (Steering angle sensor was faulty)

1)Replace ESP® control module. icon 
2)Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure and then recheck DTC.
Is DTC B1683 still detected?
Replace BCM and recheck DTC. icon
