DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area

B1A30: Right Front Tire Pressure Low
B1A31: Left Front Tire Pressure Low
B1A32: Right Rear Tire Pressure Low
B1A33: Left Rear Tire Pressure Low
Tire pressure is lower than specified value.
•Air leakage from tire
•Tire pressure sensor No.1, No.2, No.3 and/or No.4
•TPMS control module
DTC Confirmation Procedure
WARNING:
If you do not select a suitable route and take proper precautions when performing a road test, an accident can occur.
•Select a level road with no traffic to minimize the risk of accident.
•Perform the test extremely carefully.
•Perform the road test with 2 persons, a driver and a tester.
1)Set ignition “OFF” and leave ignition “OFF” for 20 minutes or more.
2)Drive vehicle at 25 km/h (16 mile/h) or more for 10 minutes or more.

3)Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure and then recheck DTC.
Is DTC B1A30, B1A31, B1A32 or B1A33 still detected?
Go to Step 2.
Check for air leakage.

Go to Step 3.

Tire pressure sensor check
1)Using recommended tool, check DTC detected tire pressure sensor. icon 
Recommended tool
“VT55” or “VT30” made by ATEQ
Is check result OK?
Go to Step 4.
Go to Step 5.

DTC check
1)Clear DTC. icon 
2)Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure and then recheck DTC.
Is DTC B1A30, B1A31, B1A32 or B1A33 still detected?
Go to Step 5.
Check for intermittent trouble. icon

DTC check
1)Replace DTC detected tire pressure sensor. icon 
2)Clear DTC. icon 
3)Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure and then recheck DTC.
Is DTC B1A30, B1A31, B1A32 or B1A33 still detected?
Replace TPMS control module and recheck DTC. icon
