INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL CENTER SUSPENSION CONTROL CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the cylinder to the bracket with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 31 N·m (316 kgf·cm, 23 ft·lbf)
2. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL BRACKET WITH CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the bracket with cylinder with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 31 N·m (316 kgf·cm, 23 ft·lbf)
3. CONNECT NO. 3 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE LH
(a) Install a new gasket to the No. 3 height control tube, and then connect the height control tube to the control cylinder with the union bolt.
Torque: 50 N·m (510 kgf·cm, 37 ft·lbf)
4. CONNECT NO. 4 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE
(a) Install a new gasket to the No. 4 height control tube, and then connect the height control tube to the control cylinder with the union bolt.
Torque: 50 N·m (510 kgf·cm, 37 ft·lbf)
5. CONNECT NO. 4 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE LH
(a) Install a new gasket to the No. 4 height control tube, and then connect the height control tube to the control cylinder with the union bolt.
Torque: 50 N·m (510 kgf·cm, 37 ft·lbf)
6. CONNECT NO. 3 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE
(a) Install a new gasket to the No. 3 height control tube, and then connect the height control tube to the control cylinder with the union bolt.
Torque: 50 N·m (510 kgf·cm, 37 ft·lbf)
7. INSTALL NO. 1 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY
8. CONNECT REAR NO. 4 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE
9. INSTALL NO. 5 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE
10. INSTALL NO. 5 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE LH
11. INSTALL NO. 6 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE LH
12. INSTALL NO. 6 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE
13. INSTALL CLAMP
14. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL PUMP ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
15. INSTALL NO. 7 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE
16. BLEED AIR FROM SUSPENSION FLUID
17. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
18. INSPECT FOR SUSPENSION FLUID LEAK
19. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL UNIT INSULATOR
20. INSTALL CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
21. INSTALL TAILPIPE ASSEMBLY
22. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK
If gas is leaking, tighten the areas necessary to stop the leak. Replace damaged parts as necessary.
