1)Start engine and recheck DTC of ECM while engine running.
Is there any DTC(s)?

Go to troubleshooting for applicable DTC.

Substitute a known-good combination meter and recheck MIL operation.
If MIL still remains ON, replace ECM and recheck MIL operation.
