Go to Step 2.

DTC check
1)When ignition is “OFF”, connect SUZUKI scan tool to DLC.
2)Set ignition “ON”.
3)Check that DTC is not detected in ESP® control module.
Is check result OK?

Go to Step 3.

Go to troubleshooting for detected DTCs.

1)Check DTC related to CAN communication is not detected in ECM and ESP® control module.
Is check result OK?

Go to Step 4.

Go to troubleshooting for detected DTCs.

ECM replacement
1)Replace ECM and check that DTC is not detected.
