Electric Throttle Body Assembly Removal and Installation
Precautions: General safety (00)
NOTICE:
The electric throttle body will lose its original performance if it is disassembled.
Do not disassemble the electric throttle body.
If any faulty condition is found, replace the electric throttle body with a new one.
NOTE:
After replacing electric throttle body assembly, calibration of throttle valve position is required. 
Removal
1)Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2)Remove air cleaner assembly.
3)Disconnect intercooler outlet hose No.2 (1) from electric throttle body assembly.
4)Disconnect electric throttle body connector (1) from electric throttle body assembly (2).
5)Remove electric throttle body assembly from intake manifold.
Installation
1)Clean mating surfaces and install new electric throttle body gasket (1) to intake manifold.
2)Install electric throttle body assembly (2) to intake manifold.
3)Connect electric throttle body connector (1) to electric throttle body assembly.
4)Connect intercooler outlet hose No.2 (1) to electric throttle body assembly.
5)Tighten intercooler outlet hose No.2 clamps to specified torque.
6)Install air cleaner assembly.
7)Connect negative (–) cable at battery.
