Radiator Cooling Fan Assembly Removal and Installation

Removal
1)Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2)Drain coolant. 
3)Disconnect radiator cooling main fan motor connector (1) and radiator cooling sub fan motor connector (2).
4)Remove reservoir (3).
5)Remove discharge hose bolt (1) from radiator cooling fan shroud (2).
6)Hoist vehicle and remove engine undercover.
7)Remove radiator outlet hose No.1 (1) and water inlet pipe No.1 (2).
8)Remove radiator cooling fan assembly from radiator.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
•Tighten radiator cooling fan assembly bolts and water inlet pipe No.1 bolts to specified torque.
•If there is matchmark on each of hose and pipe, install the hose aligning matchmark on hose with matchmark on pipe and then set each clamp to the original position.
•Refill cooling system with coolant.
•Check cooling system for leakage.
•If there is matchmark on each of hose and pipe, install the hose aligning matchmark on hose with matchmark on pipe and then set each clamp to the original position.
•Refill cooling system with coolant.
•Check cooling system for leakage.
