Solenoid Valve On-Vehicle Inspection

Resistance Check
1)Remove TCM. icon 
2)Check for proper terminal connection to solenoid harness connector (1).
3)Using service wire, check resistance of each solenoid valve circuit as follows.
Shift solenoid valve “A” resistance
Between terminal “23” and transaxle: 11 – 15 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Shift solenoid valve “B” resistance
Between terminal “28” and transaxle: 11 – 15 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Pressure control solenoid valve “A” resistance
Between terminal “13” and “14”: 5.0 – 5.6 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Pressure control solenoid valve “B” resistance
Between terminal “8” and “9”: 5.0 – 5.6 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Pressure control solenoid valve “C” resistance
Between terminal “5” and “12”: 5.0 – 5.6 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Pressure control solenoid valve “D” resistance
Between terminal “3” and “4”: 5.0 – 5.6 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Line pressure control solenoid valve resistance
Between terminal “6” and “7”: 5.0 – 5.6 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

TCC solenoid valve resistance
Between terminals “1” and “2”: 5.0 – 5.6 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Electro magnetic oil pump solenoid valve resistance (ENG A-STOP model)
Between terminal “29” and “30”: 5.0 – 5.6 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)
