1)Start engine and operate A/C system.

Scan tool parameter check
1)Check “Sun Load” using “Data list” mode on SUZUKI scan tool.
Is sun load value over 1275 W/m2?

Go to Step 2.

Intermittent trouble.

Sunload sensor signal circuit check
1)Disconnect sunload sensor connector.
2)Check “Sun Load” using “Data list” mode on SUZUKI scan tool.
Is sun load value over 1275 W/m2?

Go to Step 3.

Replace sunload sensor.

Sunload sensor signal circuit check
1)Disconnect “G20” connector.
2)Check that voltage between the “A1” circuit terminal and ground is 0 – 1 V with ignition “ON”.
Is voltage as specified?

Replace HVAC control module and recheck DTC.

Replace instrument panel harness.
