Sun Roof Assembly Disassembly and Reassembly

Disassembly
1)Remove sun roof motor (for sun roof glass). 
2)Push lock buttons (3), and slide rear sliders (2) in arrow direction.
3)Release locks of rear guides (4) from rear guide blocks (6), and slide rear sliders fully. And then remove the sliders from sun roof housing (1).
4)Remove rear guides and rear guide covers (5) from rear sliders.
5)Remove screws and then remove rear guide blocks (6).
6)Slide front guides (2) in arrow direction.
7)Remove front guide covers (3) from front guides.

8)Remove screws and then remove front guide blocks (1).
9)Remove screws and then remove wind-deflector (2) sliding it in arrow direction “1” and “2” as shown in figure.
Reassembly
Reverse disassembly procedure noting the following points.
•Use new screws.
•Check sun roof glass cables and sun roof motor gear (for sun roof glass) for wear and damage.
•Apply grease to sliding parts.
•Slide front guides (1) and rear sliders (3) to contact front guide blocks (2) and rear guide blocks (4) for positioning the sun roof to tilt-up position and install sun roof motor.
•Check sun roof glass cables and sun roof motor gear (for sun roof glass) for wear and damage.
•Apply grease to sliding parts.
•Slide front guides (1) and rear sliders (3) to contact front guide blocks (2) and rear guide blocks (4) for positioning the sun roof to tilt-up position and install sun roof motor.
