Is there any DTC(s) other than B1169 detected?

Go to troubleshooting for applicable DTC.

Go to Step 2.

ECM registration
1)Perform ECM Registration:Ignition Switch Model.
2)Check that ignition is “OFF”.
3)Set ignition “ON”.
4)Recheck DTC.
Is DTC B1169 still detected?

Replace ECM and recheck DTC.
•M16A model:
 •D16AA model: |
•Without ID controller: Replace keyless entry control module and recheck DTC.
•With ID controller: Go to Step 3. |

Ignition key registration
1)Replace ID controller.
2)Perform “Immobilizer Key Registration”.
3)Check that ignition is “OFF”.
4)Set ignition “ON”.
5)Recheck DTC.
Is DTC B1169 still detected?

Replace keyless entry control module and recheck DTC.
