•Measured voltage of EGR-1 valve position sensor signal circuit is lower than specified value. (3 D/C detection logic)•Measured voltage of EGR-1 valve position sensor signal circuit is higher than specified value. |
•EGR-1 valve position sensor and/or its circuit
•ECM |

1)Check “B1”, “B2” and “B3” circuits according to Step 3 – 6 of EGR-1 Valve Position Sensor Check:D16AA.
Is check result OK?

Go to Step 3.

Repair or replace defective wire harness.

1)Check “A1” and “A2” circuits according to Step 2 of EGR-1 Valve Operation Check:D16AA.
Is check result OK?

Repair or replace defective wire harness.

1)Check EGR-1 valve and EGR-1 valve position sensor.
Is check result OK?

Replace ECM and recheck DTC.
