B1 Brake Piston Rod Adjustment

1)Put a mark (1) on piston rod at point where it intersects with transaxle case.
2)Measure stroke between transaxle case (1) and mark (2) on piston rod when applying compressed air (400 kPa, 4.1 kgf/cm2, 58.1 psi) into oil hole as shown in figure.
B1 piston rod stroke
“a”: 5.5 – 6.0 mm (0.21 – 0.23 in.)
3)If stroke is not as specified, select B1 piston rod with suitable length from the following table and replace it.
