INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL WATER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH THERMOSTAT

(a) Install a new gasket and the water inlet with thermostat with the 3 nuts. Torque: 10 N·m (102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf) |

(b) Install the air tube bracket bolt. Torque: 10 N·m (102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf) |
(c) Connect the No. 5 water by-pass hose.
HINT:
Install the hose so that the direction of the hose clamp is as indicated in the illustration.

(d) Connect the air pump connector clamp holder. |
(e) Attach the wire harness clamp.
(f) Connect the air pump connector.
(g) Connect the No. 2 and No. 3 air hoses.
2. INSTALL FAN SHROUD
3. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
4. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY
7. ADD ENGINE COOLANT
8. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
9. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
10. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH
11. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
12. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
13. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
15. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
