P2196: O2 Sensor Signal Biased / Stuck Rich (Sensor1) Any of the following conditions is met.
•Output voltages of A/F sensor-1 signal circuits are higher than specified value with engine running. (3 D/C detecting logic)•Output voltage of A/F sensor-1 signal circuit is higher than modeled voltage of A/F sensor-1 signal circuit by specified value with engine running. |

1)Check “A1”, “A2”, “A3” and “A4” circuits according to Step 2 of A/F Sensor-1 Check:D16AA.
Is check result OK?

Go to Step 3.

Repair or replace defective wire harness.

Is check result OK?

Replace ECM and recheck DTC.
