Sun Roof Assembly Removal and Installation

Removal
1)Remove head lining. 
2)Remove sun roof glasses.
3)Disconnect drain hoses (1) connected to sun roof assembly at 4 locations.
4)Disconnect sun roof motor (for sun roof glass) connector (1) and sun roof motor (for sunshade) connector (2).
5)Remove sun roof housing nuts (1), and then remove sun roof assembly (2).
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
•Tighten each part to specified torque referring to Sun Roof Components.
•Tighten sun roof housing nuts (1) in numerical order (“1” – “4”) as shown in figure.
•Connect drain hoses (1) to sun roof assembly at 4 locations. Clamp drain hoses by clamps (2) securely.
•Initialize sun roof motors.
•After reinstalling sun roof assembly, perform glass adjustment.
•Tighten sun roof housing nuts (1) in numerical order (“1” – “4”) as shown in figure.
•After reinstalling sun roof assembly, perform glass adjustment.
